At Bloom Squad®, we want you to love your haircare. If something is not right, we are here to help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@bloomsquadhair.com.au within this timeframe so we can assist you.
This policy outlines when refunds, replacements, or exchanges may apply.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.
Items must be:
• accompanied by proof of purchase
• unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
• returned with any free gifts, samples, or promotional items included in the order
• packed securely in the original shipping packaging where possible
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note:
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Bundle & Set Returns
Products purchased as part of a bundle, set, or promotional offer must be returned in full to qualify for a refund based on the bundle price.
If only some items from a bundle are returned:
• the bundle discount will no longer apply, and
• the refund will be calculated based on the retail value of the items retained, with any applicable promotional discounts applied proportionally.
This ensures customers cannot retain selected items from a bundle at a discounted price.
Discounts, Coupons & Promotional Offers
If a welcome discount, promotional code, or special offer was applied to your order, the discount may be apportioned across the items in the order when calculating any refund.
This means the value of any items retained may include a proportion of the original discount.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
• defective
• damaged
• incorrect
please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not of acceptable quality, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions are not eligible for change of mind returns, unless the product is faulty, damaged upon receipt, or does not match the product description.
How to Return Products
To begin the returns process, please email:

Include:
• your order number or receipt
• the reason for the return
We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please ensure returned items are securely packaged before sending.
We recommend using registered or tracked post and pre-paying postage.
Customers assume the risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Bloom Squad® cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Processing Time
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
This allows time for inspection and verification that the return meets our policy requirements.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will only be issued after the item has passed our quality check.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
